I am very happy to have accompanied you on this project.
The whole design is done as you requested. To better understand my design and the reason for this type of design, I will describe each part individually.
Entrance: Due to the modern design and also creating a stylish and large space, we refused to create a corridor and placed a large and open lobby. We changed the direction of the stairs to give a more beautiful effect to the environment, in addition to dividing the space better. Below the interior stairs, we have used plants and small stones to beautify. Of course, we could have allocated the space under the stairs to the wine cellar, but according to you, we moved this space to the eighth floor.
Main toilet: We dedicated this toilet near the main entrance so that if we needed a toilet or hand and face wash immediately after entering, we could easily use it and not have any problems.
Master Room: In the upper part of the seventh floor, we designed the master room in such a way that in addition to including a large and suitable space, it can be easily connected to the bathroom and dressing room with sliding doors.
Bedroom / Library: We designed the library dressing room below. With a large work desk and enough shelves on the right, you can also use partition-like shelves as library shelves in the center of the room and allocate the space below to a single bed and personal belongings.
Studio: We placed the studio next to the side unit so that it could be enlarged in the future if needed. At the top of the room is a cabinet designed for small meals and serving, and the space between the armchairs and the bed is divided by a checkered glass partition. (Visible in captured renderings).
kitchen:
The kitchen is located on the eighth floor. To have enough light and ventilation using the windows. And with the windows facing in front of a beautiful view can be seen. Also, most of the home environment can be overlooked.
Dining: At the bottom of the kitchen, we put the indoor and outdoor dining to see the beautiful view and have easy access to the kitchen.
We also set up a barbecue near the outdoor dining area on the left.
Bar and wine cellar area: In the center of the eighth floor, we designed the bar using cabinets and an island so that both the wines are away from direct sunlight and we have easy access to dining and living. We created the winery with a slight retreat of the wall of our yard towards the terrace so that we can make the best use of the space and a one-piece volume can be seen from the terrace.
Living room: We placed the living room in an area so that an attractive view can be created by the windows around it. For the fireplace, we used modern ceiling fireplaces instead of wall fireplaces.
Swimming pool and sun loungers: We placed the pool in the left corner to help the beauty of the living room view.
Gym area: We put sports equipment on top of the living room so that we can exercise in peace and privacy and not damage the beauty of the living room view.
