I liked position of apartment a lot. Balcony is great, but I think that you should ask some professional person for plants. I tried to do all that you wish for. There is kitchen and dining area, study area, living room, and bedroom with walk in wardrobe. For me open space is the best. Because of that I put bedroom in corner of apartment. All apartment would be the best with white walls. Light is main because of lack pf daylight. I wouldn't go for gypsum celing. You have great hight of apartment.
