The project came with an inherent quality in the plan that the central entry divided the project into multiple zones. Using that, we have divided your Penthouse into three 'Vertical Strips' or 'Cores'.

One entry opens into a Public zone that has a Grand Living room with luxurious north views on the verandah complete with outdoor jacuzzi and barbecue ; and sliding doors opening into a private study on one side and a recreation room on the other.

The second entry opens into Semi Private Zone boasting a kitchen dining combo that has been achieved by getting rid of some interior walls and making way for an entrance foyer.

The Private Zone is on the far end, the master bed set-up has been considerably increased in size from the earlier version with full use of the balconies being taken in providing gym space as well as magnificent views.
