Hello everyone.
What I seek is a complete design of the house (even the bathrooms) in a modern style. The sanitary (toilet and bidet) are of Ideal Standard mod. New Tesi suspended (for all the bathrooms) are missing sinks and shower with floor-plate.
The floors throughout the house (bathrooms too) are Marazzi model Treverktrend Oak Tortora measuring 25×150 cm (http://www.marazzi.it/collezioni/treverktrend/).
All the internal doors are in whitened oak (http://www.ferrerolegno.com/eng/collections/logica/448/logica/laminate/grafis-bianco#dettaglio), white is the skirting too.
For kitchen we wont many big drawers, matt lacquered white color, working top a material which has no problem with nothing (heat, oil, cleaning products, etc., etc.) a color in contrasting with the kitchen, a material that the surface has a certain tactile movement (eg. type gneiss) no steel for sink/sinks. Induction hob with flex zone 90 cm wide. Oven but no microwave. We would like to move the sink under the window. We would like, if possible, also a table height like the kitchen where we can dine in 2/3 because I’ve got 4 stools model Bombo from Magis (http://www.hermanmiller.com/content/dam/hermanmiller/page_assets/products/Bombo_Stools/hero_magis_bombo_3.jpg).
For the arrangement of living attach images have always realized as an example, but we are open to any advice / disposal. For the master bedroom we want a container bed (maximum total depth 220 cm), the perfect model would be Honey by Molteni (http://www.molteni.it/en/product/honey), but I would like to know the alternative for cheaper price, head of the bed in fabric (possibly reclining). The wardrobe with 2 doors, white matt or satin or various effects in the white colors NO POLISHED.
The room adjacent to the master room I would like to turn into a game room (console/pc)/guest room but possibly with sofa bed or system like Penelope Sofà from Clei (http://www.clei.it/prodotto.php?id=28), the important thing is that the couch is comfortable.
The other bedroom, possible baby room (non baby at the moment) and should also be placed a PC workstation.
Terrace near living area, table and possible grill, near sleeping area mini pool deckchair/relax.
For the living zone I’m interesting in a lighting study.
We like so much the modern wallpaper (for ex. http://www.londonart.it/it/collection-lifestyle).
We have a dog midle size. (like Border Collie).
Max budget for the forniture (including kitchen and household appliances) is € 40.000/50.000.
