Starting with version 1 , we chose a convertible living room with extendable sofa for the guests/nephews , keeping enough room for a cozy office which could also serve as a guest room. Kitchen is here near entrance working together with living room. In this scenario we could host 6 people in the apartment if we think about 2 extendable sofas. Next up version 2 both dining and bedroom do have extensions toward balconies. Here we also have a dining spot as well as counter and a pretty large living working altogether as a large open space, a classic distribution if you want to have a large room with a lot o possibilities (not necessarily as displayed in the render , maybe you want to convert it into a entertainment room with playstation/ pool table or other gadgets, point is you have plenty of room for it but also a cozy private bedroom with decent storage space ). Version 3 displays a larger office and a kitchen that could be enclosed by glass walls or maybe not. The counter could be dining table or counter depending on how you want to use the space . Kitchen is here close to a small dining area outdoors if the weather plays for it. If we calculate with 2 extendable sofas we have again 6 sleeping spots. Version 4 is pretty similar, only this time we have a clearly enclosed kitchen and two bedrooms and also a light clearly defined dining area. 5th version has the largest kitchen area together with an open space and a dining area. We envisioned a fancy counter-bar as main element of the house this time, bathroom being discretly covered by wooden lamels. The kitchen is surounded by light and has direct access to the balcony. The living also does have an opening towards outdoors.
A similar large kitchen but with another placement, work counter towards living room is displayed in version 6 . And at last but not least we have another proposal for a closed kitchen, this time only the storage space of the apartment is greater than ever before in the previous versions. Dining and living are separated by sliding glass here from entrance hall .
