Description

Dear Client,

It was a pleasure working on your project.
I hope it meets all your expectations and wishes regarding this space of your house.

My aim was to keep the integrity and character of the house as much as possible and not do too many changes to the beautiful brick work in the ceilings and walls. Some of the walls are plastered but only to enhance the ceiling above and accent a few walls in relation to others.

I've done a few renders to better show the furniture in relation to the space and to show some custom built-in pieces, such as the kitchen.

The entrance hall is kept simple and clean with built-in storage on the left side as you enter the house.

The kitchen and dining room are designed as a continuous space with an island between the two zones as a connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the lower elements are following the existing low wall in the back of the room, and the upper elements are fitted between the arches.
The connection from the kitchen into one of the bedrooms has been closed so it's possible to access exclusively from the hallway between the kitchen and lounge area.

The dining area can host 6-8 people but there is enough space to extend it even further when needed.

The lounge is furnished with two sofas and a few lounge chairs grouped around the fireplace and by the window, both to provide you with a lot of sunlight, visually connect you with the outside and create a cozy atmosphere.
From the images I've seen some sort of outlet in the niche where the fireplace is placed, I was not sure if it could be a connection to the chimney or not, but it would be possible to add a bioethanol fireplace if it's something you would like but don't have a chimney in that room.

The back of the room is furnished with a low cabinet and a small reading nook by the small niche in the wall that was previously an opening to the hallway and is now turned into a small bookshelf.
