This project has two alternatives; 2 apartments per floor and 4 apartments per floor. The 2 apartments are both facing the sea view and well connected to the street. The 4 apartments option is also facing the sea thanks to the stepped terraces that allowed facing the sea even from the side and back elevations. The elevations are creatively designed to allow all the spaces in the apartments to overlook the sea view with allowing extra hanging terraces connected with small spiral stairs in the sea view elevations, the elevations also characterized by green plants on the terraces to make more unique than the surroundings.
