Per la realizzazione del progetto verrà realizzato un design moderno con l'utilizzo di legno e diversi colori delle pareti. La soluzione planimetrica sarà formattata per illuminare l'intero appartamento con posti letto semichiusi per creare intimità e allo stesso tempo senza bloccare l'ingresso della luce. L'appartamento avrà 2 letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli e un ampio armadio per riporre i vestiti. L'appartamento avrà una zona soggiorno con divano e le sedie della cucina avranno un'isola con sgabello. Verrà inoltre creata una zona pranzo. Il legno sarà utilizzato nelle doppie porte e nei mobili.
