Outdoor - Garden
The project proposes a warm, family-oriented garden organized into clearly defined zones, each designed to offer year-round structure, seasonal color, and strong sensory presence.
At the center stands the House Tree, a carefully selected Acer pseudoplatanus with a broad, sculptural crown meant to grow with the family—future shade, a place for a swing, and eventually a treehouse for the next generations.
Around this anchor point, the garden is divided into functional and atmospheric zones:
A woodland-inspired core beneath the House Tree, with ferns, evergreen groundcovers, and soft seasonal color.
A framed corner garden combining bamboo in planters, a weeping birch, and a slender conifer for winter contrast.
Decorative raised planters near the terrace, planted with fragrant, four-season perennials and evergreen grasses to soften transitions.
A moist shade garden between the pool and shed, built with ferns, hostas, hydrangeas, and a rhododendron for a focal bloom.
A stone-based area under the pear tree, with decorative rock, evergreen accents, and low perennials.
The trampoline groundcover zone, treated with evergreen carpets and blue-flowering accents.
Pergola and firepit areas planted with honeysuckle climbers, lavender, and long-blooming perennials for scent and ambiance.
Across the entire design, the planting palette ensures winter greenery, multi-season transformation, and strong fragrant elements — including lavender, honeysuckle, and night-scented tobacco — supporting pollinators and enhancing the sensory experience of the garden throughout the year.
