Appena visto il tema del concorso, la prima idea è stata quella di dare un aspetto coerente alle due sale. Questo significa che ricevendo clienti o facendo riunioni interne, non importa in quale sala voi vi troviate, sarà sempre caratterizzata da elementi simili che danno identità al luogo. Per fare questo si è proceduto in due modi paralleli:
SALA GRANDE:
Grazie all'introduzione di una boiserie (ovvero una decorazione basata sulla copertura delle pareti con pannelli di legno) e di una parete attrezzata sempre in legno, è stato dato carattere alla stanza. La parete attrezzata si trova sulla parete del proiettore e permette di ottenere due risultati: uno spazio di storage (dietro il proiettore) nel quale poter riporre documenti, faldoni, ecc. e due nicchie ricavate all'interno della boiserie (quindi senza intervenire a livello strutturale). All'interno delle nicchie sono alloggiate delle piante di Bamboo, che creano un impatto forte ma allo stesso tempo rilassante e in più richiedono scarsa manutenzione. Sulla parete dove si trovano le porte di ingresso è stata ricavata un'altra nicchia.
Per la mini sala riunioni, si è pensato a un involucro parzialmente trasparente e senza soffitto in modo tale da non occupare lo spazio con un volume chiuso e allo stesso tempo permettere a chi ne usufruisce di non sentirsi "al chiuso" ma in perenne contatto con i colleghi e l'ambiente circostante.
A terra è stato ipotizzata una pavimentazione in gres porcellanato effetto legno di colore volutamente simile a quella esistente, cosi nel caso in cui non vogliate sostituirla l'effetto finale sarà comunque simile a quello proposto. A livello di illuminazione, a parte l'introduzione di una lampada da terra nell'area relax (creata grazie a 6 pouf nei toni del verde, per riprendere il colore naturale delle piante) non è stato fatto nessun progetto dal momento che la normativa in materia va assolutamente rispettata.
SALA PICCOLA:
In questo caso le pareti della stanza sono state rivestite da una boiserie leggermente staccata rispetto al muro per permettere l'introduzione di una piccola nicchia (sempre all'interno della struttura in legno, in modo da non toccare la struttura muraria). All'interno di questa nicchia è riproposto il tema del Bamboo ma in questo caso sotto forma di canne, inserite nella nicchia e retroilluminate da luci del in modo da creare una sorta di quadro 3D. Oltre a questi led, per l'illuminazione a soffitto vale lo stesso discorso della sala grande. Anche per il pavimento, la soluzione è la stessa proposta per la sala più grande.

Le due sale sono state mantenute volutamente semplici, senza scritte, poster o quadri che potrebbero distrarre i partecipanti alla riunione. Il Bamboo da solo riesce a ravvivare l'ambiente senza appesantirlo, rendendolo piacevole da vivere anche grazie al suo colore. Il colore verde infatti simboleggia la perseveranza ed emana senso di equilibrio e armonia. Oltre ad avere un effetto calmante, questo colore infonde senso di giustizia e grandezza d’animo oltre a conferire tenacia e perseveranza nel seguire i propri progetti.

After reading the theme of the contest, the first idea was to give a consistent appearance to the two rooms. This means that doing meetings, no matter what room you are in, it will always be characterized by similar elements that give identity to the space. To do this, we proceeded in two parallel ways:
BIG ROOM:
By to the introduction of a boiserie (a decor based on the covering of the walls with wooden panels) and an accessorized wooden wall was given character to the room. The accessorized wall is located on the projector wall: now you have a storage space (behind the projector) where you can store documents, folders, etc. and two niches made inside the boiserie (without intervening on the structure of the wall). Inside the niches you'll have Bamboo plants, which create a strong impact but at the same time have a relaxing impact. There is another niche on the wall where the entrance doors are located.
For the mini meeting room, you'll have a partially transparent and ceiling-free envelope that didn't occupy the space with a closed volume and at the same time the people inside wouldn't feel "closed" but in perpetual contact with colleagues and the surrounding environment.
On the ground, i propose some wood effect porcelain tiles with a very similar color to the existing one, so if you do not want to replace it, the final effect will still be similar to the one proposed. Apart the introduction of a floor lamp in the relax area (created with 6 poufs in green tones, to resume the color of the plants) no lighting project was made.
SMALL CHAIR:
In this case, the walls of the room were covered by a slightly offshooted boiserie on the wall to allow the introduction of a small niche (always inside the wooden structure, without touching the wall structure). Inside this niche there is again the theme of Bamboo but in this case you'll have the reeds -not the plants- into the niche. The niche is enlighted by LEDs lights, that create a sort of 3D picture. In addition to these LEDs, no lighting project was made. Even for the floor, the solution is the same for the largest room.

The rooms were deliberately kept simple, without any motivational poster, photos or paintings that could distract the participants at the meeting. The Bamboo can revitalize the environment, making it pleasant to live also thanks to its color. Infact, green color symbolizes perseverance and gives a sense of balance and harmony. In addition to having a calming effect, this color infuses sense of justice and greatness as well as giving tenacity and perseverance in following their own projects.
