The House will be a new constraction. The building is used as a principal residence throughout the year by the family. The house is situated in the northern Italian Alps and lies at an altitude above sea level of 750 m.
The rooms are described in the attached table.
On the 2nd floor, on the south side are, the bedrooms of our two sons. The sons are 18 and 15 years old. The room should be practical and modern and the bed should be Queen size.
The sauna and spa area should be planned with a Finnish sauna or a Turkish steam bath.
At the 2nd floor is also the private area of the parents. The master bedroom will be pleasantly elegant and should have a US style King size bed. The dressing room should be equipped with wardrobes. The Lady Master bathroom has a tub and a shower. All other bathrooms only have a large walk-in shower.
3th floor, the room which is characterized as a studio and library should have a cozy, lounge-like atmosphere combine.
The 1st floor is the day Livingroom with kitchen. It is to be present, a dining area for up to 10-12 people. The living room should be classically elegant.
Outside there is a porch on the west side. In north-west corner there is a barbecue area with seating for 10 people and a mobile canopy.
The building is heated with underfloor heating.
The materials for windows, doors, curtains, floors, stairs, lighting and furniture should be coordinated.
Lighting should be elegant and the rooms should be well illuminated.
The stairs should be well dimensioned.
