The aim of the presented project, as we based ourselves on the given floor plans, is both to respect at most your indications and guidelines and at the same time to suggest some ideas of contemporary design in order to beautify and increase the value of the spaces of the house.
We proceeded by demolishing some internal walls and placing some others in order to make the house more functional.
In particular, in the basement we created a bathroom due to the presence of the fitness area, and as a result we made the storage room a little bit smaller.
In the first floor we changed the dimensions of the dressing room.
In the mansard a part of the wall has been removed in order to enlarge the hall/corridor while the guest room became a little bit smaller in order to give space to the living room.
We proceeded by furnishing the rooms by trying to respect your stylistic and chromatic requests at most.
Regarding the minimal taste that you requested, it has been adopted by choosing to use neutral colours (white and light colors ) in the whole house.
In addition the colour of all the walls in the house is white and the colour of the pavement is also light, apart from the bathroom, in order to create harmony and continuity between the spaces.
