La richiesta della committenza prevede di arredare l'intera abitazione composta da quattro livelli. La proposta si seguito presentata si è tradotta nello sviluppo degli ambienti più importanti dell'abitazione, ossia:
al piano terra: ingresso, cucina e living di rappresentanza;
al piano primo: camera padronale con annesso bagno e cabina armadio, cameretta con relativo bagno;
al piano secondo: area riservata alla SPA, ufficio, living e camera ospiti.
L'accesso all'abitazione avviene attraverso un doppio ingresso, composto da un portone principale e da uno secondario, lo spazio tra le due entrate è stato adibito a fioriera e porta ombrelli. Questa soluzione crea una sorta di intercapedine che migliora l'efficienza termica in termini di dispersione, essendo un ambiente rivolto a nord. Superato questo si giunge nell'atrio a doppia altezza, qui sono state inserite delle boiserie lungo il perimetro che proseguono per tutto il tragitto della scala, con uno stile inglese e di colore bianco. Per la pavimentazione è stato scelto di inserire dei listoni di parquet di rovere scuro o ebano, che si estendono a tutta la pavimentazione della casa ad accezione dei bagni. Sono stati inseriti dei complementi di arredo sia di stile moderno (come la consolle) che classico (come il lampadario di cristallo che enfatizza la doppia altezza), il tutto per donare una linea eclettica ma elegante. Per la cucina sono state seguite alla lettera le richieste della committenza, creando un ambiente prettamente in stile US ma con la raffinatezza dei nostri materiali (come il top in marmo di Carrara); è stata inserita, inoltre, una controsoffittatura a cassettoni che oltre a contenere l'illuminazione LED, dona maggior classe. Nel living vengono ripetuti gli inserimenti del controsoffitto a cassettoni e della boiserie, creando un filo continuo tra gli ambienti. Anche qui sono stati inseriti complementi prettamente classici con elementi contemporanei (come il tavolo da pranzo) ma tutto sempre di alto design. La colorazione delle pareti che è stata scelta in maniera uniforme per l'intera abitazione è la tinta "guscio d'uovo", molto tenue e raffinata.
Al piano primo è stata ristudiata la conformazione dello spazio adibito alla camera padronale, riposizionando al meglio la cabina armadio e dando maggior spazio al master Bath room man, mantenendo elevati gli standard abitativi. Nel master Bath room Lady è stato chiuso lo spazio sotto il vano scala e si è creato uno spazio in cui alloggiare la vasca, questo ambiente è stato pensato come zona relax in cui rigenerarsi e rifugiarsi, come fosse una spa personale; per evidenziare questo spazio le pareti sono state trattate con resina effetto arabesco ed inserito un pannello artistico luminoso. Le camere destinate ai ragazzi sono state diversificate dal resto degli altri ambienti. Sono state rese più contemporanee e adatte all'età di chi le userà. Sono state inserite pitture tridimensionali effetto ferro solo nelle pareti della testata del letto e della finestra, mentre le altre lasciate bianche. Il bagno a servizio delle camerette è stato rivestito con piastrelle di gres e tessere di mosaico, sono stati inseriti sanitari sospesi, una grande doccia e doppio lavabo. Questa tipologia di rivestimento del bagno è stata prevista anche per il bagno ospiti al paino terra e per il bagno ospiti al piano secondo. Nel corridoio/galleria è stata proseguita la boiserie e ricavato nel vano scala un piccolo ripostiglio per riporre il necessario per la pulizia del piano.
Il piano secondo è stato studiato come area relax; è stata inserita nell'ambiente SPA una sauna con bagno turco e doccia capace di ospitare più persone contemporaneamente; nell'area living sono stati inseriti elementi più contemporanei essendo un'area pensata per lo svago e per eventuali ospiti. La camera degli ospiti invece rispecchia lo stile dell'abitazione, con mobili più classici anche se semplici, è stato inserito un divano letto per recuperare maggior spazio quando non è in uso e un armadio classico ma con ante scorrevoli, sempre per lo stesso principio.
