I hope you are doing well. It was a great time and experience to work on your project. And now I want to present it to you.
Firstly, I want to start from the outside, from your terrace. I’ve decided not to change the walls of the building as they look very natural end blend-in with interior as well as with the view. There is a dining area with a barbeque, relaxing area with sunbeds with umbrella and a small pool. Besides, there is a sport and laundry area. Greenery is concentrated in the dining area to provide the general idea of the plant species. Obviously, they can be placed all over the terrace.
Talking about the elements, which connect the outside and inside, I mean windows, I’ve decided to enlarge the living room window, and make doors from windows. This step made the interior much lighter and comfortable. In the same time exterior of the building will look much more modern.
Moving to the interior, as you enter the apartment, you’ll see a spacious hall with a modern fireplace in the end in the living area. On the right side there is a bathroom and an office room/studio. On the left there is a sleeping area, with two bedrooms and bathroom. Living area is divided into two parts: living area and dining area. There is a retro sofa as you wished and a huge window with an amazing view. Dining area consist of dining and cooking area which are divided by exposed wine cellar.
