Our landlord is refurbishing our flat with new paint and we are taking this opportunity to change our installation of furniture and settings.
What we are looking for is advice on furniture, installation of that furniture, light and decoration, as well life space organisation ideas and advice.
This is a family flat on the first floor of an old Gregorian house with two kids (9y/o boy and 6y/o daugther) and we are looking for their bedrooms to be designed, and the main living room and dining aread to be reorganised. Unfortunately due to the works going on and the mess I cannot update many pictures.
We are looking for a mix of mostly modern and a few antique as we have furniture that we already own and like (see below and pictures). Something relatively clean, fresh, modern. We’re not looking for something forcibly “trendy” or “cool. Modern elegance is probably the best description.
Our budget is limited, but we wouldn’t mind a few pieces of quality if that brings our flat to a different level.

1 – Living room:
We have three Ligne Roset Pieces that we would probably like to retain. All three are white lacquered.
PC desk which could be moved to our son’s bedroom (bedroom 3) or not.
