Hello dear client, I Made a plan with your demands - It consists of 1 master bedroom, with a cot , walk in closet and a bathroom.
Second bathroom is common, it is located near the washing room. Kitchen bathrooms and washing room are all connected and located together for the comfortable plumbing. Kitchen is located comfortably close to the living and dining area, it also has access to the cabinet, and the 8m2 balcony. I have expanded the north facade and added it to the living area - now living area consists of 130sq.m in total.
I took my time to make a good and comfortable planning which I think is absolutely the most important thing in housing. Living area has a place for the fireplace in the corner. You can install the BBQ anywhere on the balcony. Electricity is done according to the plan. unfortunately I didn't have enough time to make a proper illustrations and visuals for your flat.
