Description

English version:
The project has been developed on the basis of your indications but there are many aspects that we would like to deepen with you, your home is beautiful.
The two living rooms with herringbone parquet were joined to each other and to the corridor, creating a fluid, luminous environment that was also open to the studio through a large sliding opening that could mark a space reserved for guests. The floor in this area continues in slatted wood just to underline the fusion. To avoid exceeding the costs the structural demolitions have been contained, you can possibly evaluate even more open solutions for a real open space.
The center of home life becomes the dining table, a light and very long table (3 meters!) for cooking, working on the computer, painting, a table designed for several activities at the same time, a real "family table" suitable for brunch Sunday with friends in full Scandinavian spirit. A series of shelves can accommodate various objects useful for both the kitchen and secondary activities.
The sofa, spacious and welcoming, becomes a relaxing corner dedicated to watching a movie and listening to music, defines a space connected to the living area but at the same time slightly sheltered and secluded.
The bedroom is the right size to accommodate a large wardrobe, the bed and a writing area, so we can keep the existing wooden floor intact from the photos seems in good condition even if not herringbone. We manage to keep a useful closet / locker room at the end of the corridor. The idea of converting it into a bathroom is feasible if the position of the drain columns allows it or through the use of Sanitrit, it would benefit the size of the two chambers that could more or less equally divide the square footage of the bathroom. We preferred to keep a bathroom with natural light and ventilation in order to expand the family, the spaces are there and are optimized.
The large bathroom keeps the current size and can accommodate a comfortable bathtub while the baby is expanded managing to contain a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
The studio is slightly reduced but there is still space for a sofa that can be converted into a guest bed, a large bookcase in plasterboard and a writing area.
The hexagonal cementine is inserted in the corridor like a stain that leads to the bathrooms and defines the sleeping area. The master bedroom maintains its original privacy, the original size and floor are maintained. For the rooms we thought a color on the walls in contrast with the white ceilings and the wooden floor, a blue sugar paper.
The false ceiling is only partially realized, in the central part to channel the conditioning, in the bathrooms and in the studio to house recessed spotlights. The original ceilings are maintained and enhanced in the four rooms.
The color of the walls is a very light gray with a warm hue that contrasts with the pure white of the ceilings, windows, doors and plinth, giving the house a Nordic and welcoming flavor enhanced by the parquet and made eclectic by the use of white / black / gray furniture, carpets, prints and cement tiles.
The balconies assume the value of outdoor spaces to be lived, the side street accessible from the room becomes a green oasis of relaxation, the one towards the courtyard accessible from the studio can accommodate a Weber barbecue and possibly an outdoor dining in continuity with the living area .
