Dear Client

Here is a video of the living/dining concept and furniture
https://youtu.be/tyw5gFtucRI

We tried to give you the space you would like with as little change as possible.
Since you have 2 living rooms, one of which shares a wall with the master bathroom, the best sollution is merging them together and placing the open space kitchen on the shared wall. With the wall separating the living rooms out of the way, you can place the dining table as an extension of the new kitchen island. the dining table can host 6 persons, the island can host 2 and act as an extension if needed. The remaining space will become a large open living room with a TV, large L-Sofa and a couple of armchairs. Both the kitchen and living area will have daylight and, in bonus, can easily be ventilated when you open both windows.
The former kitchen has become a guest bedroom and the rest of the layout is the same, the typical layout is usually very efficient. The only addition is a small laundry room between the master bath and kitchen area, this way it has walls with both electrical instalations (it is on the same wall as the kitchen fridge) and plumbing (it shares the kitchen and bathroom wall).
The principal colour is white and the parquet stays in its place, the kitchen area has new tiles from the catalogue and the furniture is mostly wooden with light colours. The furniture lists show you some interesting pieces we found, it has both designer and IKEA-style furniture and fits in your budget. The master bedroom has a small seating area for relaxing, reading and playing board games, an ideal place to relax after a hard day. And since the guest bedroom is not in use at all times, it can be used as a workspace, when needed.

The aim was to change as little as possible, to avoid the demolishion of walls and the noise and disturbances that come with it, and with little change make a more appealing apartment.
We hope you like it
