We are a couple of adults (without children for the time being) and we bought an apartment placed at the second floor of a new building near the Monza city center, in an elegant and green area.
First at all, we would like to ask you to understand whether to tear down the wall that separates the kitchen from the living room (as per our intention), or to insert a double pocket door. It would be helpful to have two visual examples, if it is possible.
Our objectives are:
1) Having a bright and spacious living area to live most of the time
2) We would like to have the space to have dinners with friends
3) Figure out where to place the sofa, the 40-inch TV and the furniture. Attached is an example of wooden furniture that we like. Objective: nice solution from an aesthetic point of view but capacious / roomy and functional
4) We would like to install the light oak parquet (as attached) in the entire house but we have some doubts about its manageability in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Do you have any suggestions?
5) We like the bright and warm environments (such as the example attached). It seems that dove-grey and white colors and the use of wood can meet these requirements.
