Hi, me and my partner are planning to refurbish our place and we want the entire ground floor remodeled. Our plan is to have a new bedroom at the end of the alcove (end of the kitchen) with room for a 120×200 cm mattress. The dining area should remain on the same place. We don’t have a proper hallway today and want something that separate it from the living area. From the patio door we have the sun shining in between 9 AM and 5 PM, unfortunately because the balcony is above the patio the sun don’t reach far into the living area. We both love to entertain and cook for family and friends, also we love wine and look forward to install a wine cooler and we are planning to start a family next year. All furniture can be replaced except for the dark blue sofa against the wall. The small toilet need an uplift and we want to keep the washing machine. Our style is mainly Scandinavian as we both are from Sweden, so we love Danish and Swedish design. Thank you for reading this, we hope you will help us to make this place a loving family home.
