Dear customer,
the project prepared is to break the current building into two apartments. The large 70 sqm apartment has an L-shape and consists of:
1 living room with linear kitchen
1 children's bedrooms
1 dressing room and bathroom (I preferred to make an internal division because there isn't any window)
1 masterbedroom
The 40 sqm small apartment consists of:
1 kitchen with TV corner
1 bathroom
1 masterbedroom
The general procedure was to not too upset the walls. I thought it appropriate to improve some space but the two apartments almost maintain the current property divisions. The same thing is for plants, especially the radiators were left in their original position.
I made a change to the fireplace, to create a uniform one with the style adopted.
The style of the apartments is modern and fresh, with shades on the scales of gray and white.
Adoptees furnishings ranging between economic models and expensive models, keeping in mind the comfort needs but also the needs of mainly tourist homes.

il progetto elaborato consiste nel suddividere l'attuale immobile in due appartamenti. L'appartamento grande da 70 mq ha una forma ad L e consiste in:
1 soggiorno con cucina in linea
1 camera dei ragazzi
1 antibagno e bagno (ho preferito fare una suddivisione interna perché non c'è la finestra)
1 camera matrimoniale
L'appartamento piccolo da 40 mq consiste in:
1 cucina abitabile con angolo TV
1 bagno
1 camera matrimoniale
Il procedimento generale è stato quello di non stravolgere troppo i muri. Ho ritenuto opportuno migliorare qualche spazio ma i due appartamenti mantengono pressoché le divisioni dell'immobile attuale. Lo stesso discorso vale per gli impianti, soprattutto i termosifoni sono stati lasciati nella posizione originaria.
Ho effettuato una modifica del caminetto, in modo da crearne uno omogeneo con lo stile adottato.
Lo stile degli appartamenti è moderno e fresco, con tonalità sulle scale di grigio e del bianco.
Gli arredi adottati spaziano tra modelli economici e modelli costosi, tenendo sempre presenti le esigenze di comfort ma anche le necessità di case prevalentemente turistiche.
