The project is developed along a central axis that hosts services (bathroom, hall, kitchen). To the right and left of this there are the two apartments, so they can enjoy natural lighting. The first apartment measures about 75 square meters and consists of a large open space (living and dining), two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second apartment is approximately 42 square meters and consists of a small living area, a bathroom and a bedroom. The lighting design was key to better define the spaces, for exemple ceiling recessed spotlights mark the steps, while hanging chandeliers illuminate the places of conviviality. The main apartment can also now take advantage in the living area a large sliding glass door that, when opened, creates a unique space, combining interior space and balcony.
