Description

Dear Client,

Main Concept: Industrial interiors are extremely trending right now. I intend to create an "Industrial-Elegant" Concept for this office. You will notice this atmosphere through the raw materials I used such as: concrete, stainless steel, and wood. Please note that the wood can be changed to a lighter color, depending on your wishes.
I re-organised the space in a way the Conference Room and the Reception Area are a bit larger, more welcoming and in the same time the offices are well displayed in the back.

Reception Area: As you enter the office, you're stepping on wood, and you're surrounded by concrete and perforated steel. You really feel that you're entering in a place that is related to construction and real estate thanks to the raw industrial effect. The reception desk is directly facing the entrance for a better connection between the visitors and the employee. On your right you will find a counter with MAC PCs on it for the customers to engage with the website. The counter is linked to the reception desk, so the employee can provide help to the customers in case they needed it. The wall behind the reception desk is made out of perforated steel which you can find at a really cheap price. You can also add LED Lighting behind it so it would like like a rich, illuminated, industrial piece of art. The famous Bertoia Barstools are available for the MAC counter, and the Bertoia Diamond chairs for the seating/waiting area. Please note that they can be found at a cheaper price online.

Conference Room: The reception area and the conference room are separated by a glass wall. It lets the clients visualize the works of the company, as well as the relationship between its employees. This wall brings them a step closer to Chesapeake Properties. I added a touch of orange through the chairs to make the space look more warm and welcoming, but in the same time i used concrete to remind the clients that they are in a professional construction office. There is a surface on the wall facing the table to project all the projects and presentations on it. A blackboard is located on the wall where the fireplace used to be. The beautiful conference table is made out of steel base, yet the top is made out of walnut that gives coziness, which I found perfectly suitable for this office. The light pendants above the big conference table are made of steel, brass and copper. They bring charm and elegance to this space.

My main aim was to build a unique environment composed with raw materials, yet elegant enough to reflect the company's image, and I hope the result is to your liking.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work on your interior.
