Office space for NGO

The design for the NGO offices features an open, colorful space with abundant natural light.
The layout is organized around a circulation path in the shape of an “O,” with all areas located along the perimeter of the space. This arrangement allows users to meet in the hallway, facilitating dialogue, information exchange, and informal conversations between employees.

The project includes all the areas requested by the client in the competition requirements.

In the reception area, there are three workstations: one for the receptionist and two additional ones for the drivers.

The Hot Desk area is spacious, comfortable, and well-lit, designed to promote focus and collaboration.

The Relaxation Center is furnished with comfortable sofas, a bookshelf, and a selection of educational games such as puzzles, chess, and others, designed to encourage active relaxation for employees.

The Casual Eating Area is surrounded by vegetation and vibrant colors, creating a fresh and relaxed environment for meals.

The Waiting Area features a large sofa, auxiliary armchairs, a television, and potted plants placed behind the sofa, which serve as natural elements of separation between this zone and the Casual Eating Area, providing privacy and visual continuity to the design.

The design includes two meeting rooms that are spacious and can be combined using a folding panel to create a larger and more versatile space.

The workstations are located in private offices, each separated by a drywall partition. The front part of each office is enclosed with glass panels, which allow natural light to flow into the hallway while providing partial visibility to the interior, ensuring privacy for the employees. Each module contains two desks and is accessed through sliding doors.

A new wall was constructed to conceal the bathrooms from view, improving the aesthetics of the space while maintaining privacy.

The laundry area is located near the kitchen, also concealed behind a door, so as not to affect the overall aesthetic of the space.
