We are building an office complex for our new factory ( For Wheat Flour and Rice) in Jammu, J&K India. This building would be an administrative office for running this plant. We would like to have natural elements like greenery, sunlight, and fresh air. There would be 25 – 30 people using this building. One floor exclusively for directors ( 4 directors ) and having a conference room. Each director will have a small space for a secretary. We are sharing with you one proposal given to us by our local architect to give you an idea of the size and dimensions of the proposed office block the sizes and dimensions would be the same with minor changes.( this is only so to give you a better idea of the size ).

Please note that we have given a sample AutoCAD drawing of the office complex above which is the Ground floor + 2 floors. But We require a ground floor plus 3 floors. We will update the sample AutoCAD drawing also to reflect the Ground plus 3 floors in a few days.
