Considering the set program and characteristics of the building, the ground floor was a demanding task, at the same time we felt that we should look after the comfort of patients, capacity of the clinic and overall budget. The combination of these requirements is the essence of our design.

The floor plan is divided into two main areas: foreign visitors and residents, they are a functional separated but not physically. The room for social and dynamic activities and the gym are placed to exploit the most out of the given conditions. The materials and finishing's are in accordance with the desired effect of, furniture for residents in the area awakens a sense of comfort and belonging while in terms of daily patients he looks professional and sophisticated. The budget is optimized given the size of the task, the program and all the necessary elements.

Finally the design of the clinic is a balance between efficient performance and calm and familiar environment which gives a sense of safety, trust, innovation and science.
