It is pleasure for me to present you my project for a house with wellness area and garden.
The old building in the eastern part of the property is to be demolished. In its place will be built new, as you wish. The first floor has a large living area with a dining table for 25 people, a bar for drinks, which I added for your convenience, a kitchen and a toilet. The building has glazed French windows and sliding doors, with a view to the city from the east side. A pool with sun loungers is designed in front of cottage south of building. The terrain is terraced due to the difference in the levels. I remove the old ramp to the basement and have added stairs instead. Through them you have access to the basement and wellness area at 1st level. The wellness area is connected to your house underground by a passage length of 2.40m. In the wellness area I designed a gym, sauna and steam bath, Turkish bath and some servicing rooms such as a toilet with shower, dressing room and storage room.
Roof - the roof is with 2 slopes, enough for water and snow to be poured, as well as for putting solar panels on the southern slope as you wish.
The facades of the new building are designed with stone and glass - modern, as you wished but at the same time well fit to the property and the existing building.
Garden - The entrance to the property is not changed, as well as the driveway in front of the house. The alley is slightly narrowed, a garden is added in front of the house. Some of the valuable trees you have in the property are preserved, other have been removed. In the northern part of the plot are moved some of the fruit trees as well as the olives as per your requirements. Around the pool are laid lavender, which blooms all the summer, does not require watering, and smells wonderful. Winter time does not have to be harvested. All plants are selected for your place and do not require special maintenance and daily watering. Several plant species are selected and are repeated in your garden for your convenience.
At the bottom of the entrance alley it is formed a flower garden that catches the eye as soon as you enter the property - a focal point. There you can put benches. You can add night lighting in the garden as per your desired locations in order to be beautiful at night.
