Project description

The main objective of the project was the subdivision of a lot into seven independent parcels, creating a territorial layout that ensures both the functionality of each unit and the harmony with the natural surroundings. The proposal was developed based on principles of sustainability, accessibility, and efficient land use, seeking a balance between planned density and the quality of life for future residents.

As a complement to the subdivision, a prototype tiny house with two bedrooms was designed as a compact, efficient, and flexible housing solution. The house is conceived to optimize built space through a rational layout that integrates:

An open social area (living–dining–kitchen) with direct connection to the outdoors.

Two comfortable bedrooms, designed for a small family or a couple with the possibility of hosting guests.

A full bathroom and built-in storage areas within the design.

The architectural approach aims to reflect the contemporary trend toward low-impact housing, where reduced square footage does not compromise comfort but instead promotes the intelligent use of resources, space, and the relationship with nature. In this way, the project not only organizes the territory but also proposes an innovative, replicable, and adaptable housing model for diverse contexts.
