Here is our design for your real estate office
The space is coloured orange and white, as these are the colors of your company, the floor tiles
are white and glazed, so they reflect light, make a better ambient, and can easily be cleaned.
On the entrance there is the reception desk on which are the secretaries computer, some plants,
and catalogues and brochures for houses. On the opposite wall is the logo and the waiting are, with a coffee
table with newspapers, a bookshelf with house models and more catalogues, a coatrack tree, and a cozy leather sofa.
The storefront windows have vertical blinds, so you dont get too much sun and heat in the office, but you get
just enough light, and people can see your office enterior, these blinds can be adjusted as to act like
a wall, when the office closes. The lights are positioned on the ceiling and on the walls (in the renders you can see the wall lamps positions) and you don't need to have lights both on the walls and the ceiling The bathroom is made simple, with just a sink and toilet, and is in the common space, so both clients and employees can use it. behind the reception and waiting are is your main workspace, with shelves where you keep documentation and files, and two nook workstations, one for each employee. The workstations are small, equiped with a lamp and power outlets, and are mobile, so when you have need
to talk to more than 2 potential buyers, you can bring them next to one another and they will form a bigger workstation.
The space is cozy, built in harmony in three colors, the white and orange on the walls, and the green
of the plants, very light and because of the colors and tiles, heat is reflected, so it can be very cool
even when its 30+ degrees outside.
