With this renovation project, we’re aiming to modernize the living area and the kitchen.
The furniture in the kitchen and the living rooming -sofa included, should be renewed.
The kitchen flooring should possibly remain as is, while the wood flooring in the living area should be renewed.
The railing of the staircase should be replaced too.
The false ceiling and reflexive light should remain as is.
We prefer a contemporary style, with furnitures and products preferably from LAGO (www.lago.it) for the kitchen and the living area. However, for the table and chairs we can consider alternative solutions.
We are a family of 4, 2 parents and 2 teenagers.
For the distribution of the spaces, we would like to separate the kitchen and living area with sliding doors made of glass, If it can be practical, although we are not sure whether it’s the best solution.
At the moment, the kitchen table you can see in the photos is extendable, but should we close the spaces, extending the table cannot be an option.
Currently, have used the space under the staircase as a wall unit, with built-in shelves.
There’s a space for a fireplace that should be used, up to now it has been used as a container.
