Hello dear client, in my design you will find 49 sqm in the underground floor and 65.27 sqm in the second floor. You will see that I designed the boiler room to have a separarte entrance on the back of the house. This is because those kinds of rooms usually have high temperature wich could affect the house temperature. About the parking spaces for cars, it was dificult to get the garage for the cars because it can take more than half of the space for the underground floor. So I propose the get the cars covered just with a pergola. In the count for the sqm I am not counting the external walls. On the first floor where there are cantilevers I proposed the put walls of 12 centimeters. Also the internal wall are designed to be in 12 centimeters of thickness. Also I designed an space for a deposit on the second floor. It was dificult to get more space for a second bath room on the second floor. In this design I was trying to make wide spaces.
