Thank you for the opportunity to design your semidetached house project. I proposed designs that the two properties are perfectly mirrored. The entrance for pedestrian is different from car entrance. The building orientation is basically faced south side because passive solar buildings typically have windows on the southern facing side of the property to better absorb the sun's heat energy and more easily warm the space in the Winter. Because of the limitation of volume and built area, I tried to maximize the terrace (uncovered) which can be function as dining space as well which can be accessed from kitchen.
I made 2 alternative designs for ground floor. In the alternative 2, I proposed working room while in the alternative 1, it was not proposed. Volume area in the alternative 1 is under the limit, yet in alternative 2 design, the volume area is over the limit, 925 m3.
