For having a great and semi detached houses we have to options: 1- Two same houses 2- Two complementary houses
My Choice is No.2
In first look maybe this think will be appear: "they are same as each other !" . But this isn't true. One of them has better sight but the other has more privacy, one has closer access, the other has more nature, and many others by paying more attention to this project.
All of the demands and optional demands are included in this design.
The areas and volumes are true. The height of parking is 2.60, technical room 2.2 and the total volume is ~895 cubic meter.
