Description

The project presented seeks to innovate the previous project with a much more modern and striking building. To achieve this, new volumes were created using the current slabs and walls and playing with them, so the layout of the houses was respected almost entirely, only in In the case of house 1, it was attached to house 2 only for aesthetic purposes for the façade, the materials proposed are as base 4 finished in dark gray plaster, finished in light gray itonaco plaster or grated apparent concrete, wood and stone. recomposed, with these materials it is played to create modern facades. To complete the facades, extra elements such as glass, steel railings and lots of vegetation were used.

For the new project, it was decided to use the natural terrain in the pool area in order to have an infinity pool raised above the ground and also with a view of the lake, in this area lounge chairs and a relaxation area with a play area, tables and rooms in addition to the sun loungers. Another area where the land was left as it is is in the back garden behind the gym and living room, this in order to give these areas more privacy and thus place vegetation that covers the neighbors.

Also in the pedestrian access it was decided to liven up the large retaining wall with staggered pots so that the wall would not look so big and in general vines were added to the high retaining walls so that they would not look so high and so that look as good as possible.

For the railings on the ground floor, it was decided to leave a built wall railing at about 40 cm and the rest of the railing at about 60 cm in order to leave the views of the lake freer, in addition to these walls planters and vines were also added, the others It was decided to place glass railings on the other floors so that the views would be even freer.

In the basement it was decided to leave for private parking with space for 23 cars which gives approximately 2 parking spaces per home, once you park you go up a ramp to reach the pool area where you can go up the stairs to reach the other houses. In addition, a public parking lot with space for 12 cars was placed on the ground floor in order to serve potential visitors.

On the ground floor of the two-story houses, the rooms were placed in order to place the social area on the upper floor and this is directly connected to the social area of the roof terrace, the SOLARIUM, in addition to the fact that both the upper floor and the roof terrace with social areas have views towards the lake, in these homes the first space you enter is the one with the stairs, so it is not necessary to enter the area of the rooms and thus they remain private. In the single-storey houses, both the social and private areas are on the ground floor, but these still have views of the lake since they are on the shores and therefore other houses do not obstruct the view, in these houses we try to The first area you entered was the living room and on one side was the staircase so you didn't have to get to the private area.

On the upper floor, to begin with, the stairs that were previously exterior are now interior and these were placed on the stairs of the ground floor in order to gain more space, in general, the new proposal for the social areas is that it be as an open plan so that there are no interrupted views and from any area you can see towards the lake, so the social area is made up of the living room, the dining room, the kitchen with a breakfast bar and in some cases outdoor terraces, in addition these social areas are equipped with a large ½ bathroom or a full bathroom and in the space before the bathroom it is proposed to take advantage of it with a small laundry room where the washer and dryer are one on top of the other or in the same apartment.

On the roof there are the solariums which have a barbecue/kitchen with a bar, dining room, L-shaped room, lounge area, wooden mini pool and in some cases a complete outdoor room. The mini pool is proposed as a wooden structure with steps and slopes in which the loungers are placed on one of them, it should be noted that both the mini pool and the loungers are oriented in the best way to see towards the lake, the others spaces are to liven up the environment and thus create a calm and relaxed space, it should be noted that around the roofs it was decided to place pots 40 cm high made of steel or plastic and covered with a glass railing for greater safety, In addition to placing vegetation, the views of the lake are seen through the small vegetation and these in themselves improve the views of the facades.
