I have identified many of your existing furnitures. I have worked in the Italian furniture industry before. So the furniture dimensions are all good to go. I have shifted your modular TV units base storages to fit the large wall. I believe it will be possible to do it so.
For the layout, I have alternated Kitchen and bedroom halls as an open zone just like the same ambience of the living area. Since the flats main facades are facing east and north It would be a good idea to have a second large open zone to get light.
