Briefing

The apartment is approximately 240sqm. Here are the key points:
- we want to eliminate the "fake" steps present in the first room, and have the floor at the same level;
- eliminate all plasterboard walls to have a single environment (entrance, dining room, dining table, study / office). All the furniture from the three inspirational photos must be present in this space).
- the space of the fireplace must be the space with living room and TV. it would be preferable to find space for a 5.5 meter wall unit.
- the chimney of the fireplace must be covered with a false white wall, and at the bottom, next to the fireplace, space must be left for the wood.
- the colors must be light, neutral, on the wood. white must dominate.
- the floor at the entrance must be replaced by parquet for the entire main room.
- the design of the two bathrooms must be redone. The bathroom with blue tiles should be doubled in size.
Both bathrooms are to be considered with an open shower, at least 1.2mX2 large, at floor level.
There must be no storage furniture in the bathroom, apart from behind the mirror.
- in the corridor there must be a wardrobe on the left wall (depth 1m) and on the right wall (depth 50cm). The design must be very simple, as if it were a wall.
- the other rooms can be ignored, need only for minor finishing.

L'appartamento è di circa 240mq. Ecco i punti fondamentali:
- vogliamo eliminare gli scalini "finti" presente nel primo ambiete, e avere il pavimento allo stesso livello;
- eliminare tutte le pareti di cartongesso per avere un unico ambiente (ingresso, salatto, tavolo da pranzo, studio/ufficio). In questo spazio devono essere presenti tutti i mobili delle tre foto di ispirazione).
- lo spazio del camino deve essere lo spazio con salotto e tv. sarebbe preferible trovare lo spazio per una parete attrezzata di 5,5 metri.
- la canna fumaria del camina va coperta con un finto muro bianco, e in basso, accanto al camina, va lasciato lo spazio per la legna.
- i colori devono essere chiari, neutri, sul legno. il bianco deve dominare.
- il pavimento all'ingresso deve essere sostituito da un parquet per tutta la stanza principale.
- va rifatto il desing dei due bagni. Il bagno con le mattonelle azzurre va raddoppiato di metratura.
Entrambi i bagni sono da considerare con doccia aperta, grande almeno 1,2mX2, a livello del pavimento.
Nel bagno non devono esserci mobili contenitori, a parte dietro lo specchio.
- nel corridodio deve essere previsto un armadio sulla parete sx (profondità 1m) e sulla parete dx (profondità 50cm). Il desing deve essere semplicissimo, come se fosse un muro.
- le altre stanze possono essere ignorate, necessità solo di finizioni minori.


El apartamento tiene aproximadamente 240 m2. Aquí están los puntos principales:
- queremos eliminar los escalones "falsos" presentes en la primera habitación, y tener el piso al mismo nivel;
- eliminar todas las paredes de pladur para tener un solo ambiente (entrada, comedor, mesa comedor, estudio/oficina). Todos los muebles de las tres fotos inspiradoras deben estar presentes en este espacio).
- el espacio de la chimenea debe ser el espacio con sala de estar y TV. sería preferible encontrar espacio para un mueble alto de 5,5 metros.
- La chimenea de la chimenea se debe cubrir con una falsa pared blanca, y en la parte inferior, junto a la chimenea, se debe dejar espacio para la leña.
- los colores deben ser claros, neutros, sobre la madera. el blanco debe dominar.
- Se debe cambiar el piso de la entrada por parquet en toda la habitación principal.
- se debe rehacer el diseño de los dos baños. El baño con azulejos azules debe duplicarse en tamaño.
Ambos baños deben considerarse con una ducha abierta, de al menos 1,2 mX2 de ancho, a nivel del suelo.
No debe haber muebles de almacenamiento en el baño, excepto detrás del espejo.
- en el pasillo debe haber un armario en la pared izquierda (profundidad 1m) y en la pared derecha (profundidad 50cm). El diseño debe ser muy sencillo, como si fuera una pared.
- las otras habitaciones pueden ignorarse, solo necesitan un acabado menor.
