The building aims to be included in the urban parameters having a maximized space and an appealing architectural shape and form. The structure is basic and in this phase only sketched. The building itself is pretty simple but the terraces transform it into something unique. The main orientation of the lounge area with the pool is towards the South/East benefitting from morning and daily sun . The plans are with the north on the upper side. It includes a technical area with "explosion" doors and an elevator for all levels. The bathroom / kitchen areas are relatively grouped, making piping efficient. The resulting shape of the building is therefore interesting and each volume is marked by its own furnishing, mainly based on stone/ wood and plaster aspect. The terraces can be finished with dark glass railings thus making it seem more of a luxury settlement.
