We are very happy to participate in your contest.
On the ground floor we considered two doors to enter the house. One door has easier access to the public part of the house (studio, guest bathroom, living room, etc.) and one door has easier access to the suite and kitchen.
We arranged the living room, dining room and kitchen in such a way that they have direct access to the garden and pool through large windows.
We positioned the kitchen in such a way that it has the possibility of direct service to the indoor dining room and two outdoor dining rooms.
For the garden, we considered two spaces for dining. One by the pool and the other with a barbecue.
We divided the yard into two parts. One for the private use of the ground floor and the other for the use of other floors.
On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, we considered two units, both of which have a direct view to the north and south.
On the upper floors, we placed the living room and kitchen on the garden and pool side, and the bedrooms on the other side.
We put terraces on the side of the garden. The width of the terraces can be changed according to your opinion.
We designed two types of apartments on each floor. One with a master bedroom and a double bedroom and the other with a master bedroom and a single bedroom.
On the roof, we planned a room for storing things with a wardrobe. We placed the entrance of the bathroom and the storage room in such a way that it is protected from other parts of the roof.
We divided the roof into two parts. One area for sunbathing and using the hydromassage pool, and one area for sitting and bar table.
