Designing this space I wanted to keep the space illuminated with natural light as much as possible. Tall spaces and windows of this interior space provide vast space for creating a very functional and pleasant working space. in the largest room with 5m of height I didn’t provided mezzanine because I didn’t wanted to pack many functions in one room because I wanted for that room to stay spacious and for visitor to have impression of grandness. In that room there is comfy meeting room which contains a fireplace as you suggested that would like and 8 seating places. That rom is very lightful with light coming from two large windows on opposite side of entrance. Walls in this room are glass walls and can be used as relaxation room for sometimes. When you enter this main rom from main outside worker on the front desk can welcome clients and direct them into further offices or can be seated in waiting room. In waiting room there is big sofa and two comfy armchairs so clients can wait a bit longer if possible. Front desk can be used for secretary and for law work. Also in this main room ceiling wooden beams are visible and I provided some greenery in form of green plants which are making contrast for cold materials such are glass and walls. Next rom to this main room is smaller rom with two levels. On first lever there is a toilet and next to toilet there is provided kitchenette with possibility of making hot and cold beverages and also table with three seats for breaks. There is also staircase with glass railings so light could easily go through space. On upper level there is office for lawyer with cabinets for storage of paperwork and seats for two visiting clients. In the next room, very large in sqm but with lower ceiling I divided space into two offices in that way that both can have natural light. One is smaller office and other is bigger also having storage for paperwork etc. Both of the offices have seating places for visiting clients. From one of these offices user of the space can pass through toilet. In this whole interior I used colors that could make space comfortable for use for longer time. We provided all furniture and lighting information in lighting plan and furniture list.
