The general idea was to fulfill the requirements demanded for the competition with a modern and minimalist architecture, light colors, and open spaces with double height for the ground floor. I exceeded the required area of 100 m2 by 6 m2, but those 6 meters can be adjusted if you wish to meet the requirement. However, the reason for going a little over is to provide you with comfortable, functional, and balanced areas. For the first floor, the area complies with 99 m2, although I allow me to propose a terrace above the BBQ area that must ultimately be covered by a pergola. The only difference, if you wish, would be to structure a floor plate to form the terrace with the fireplace that I am proposing. I think it is a very good option worth considering. If you do not want it, you can simply cover the BBQ and outdoor dining area with a pergola and put a glass facade in the room that has a view of that area. I hope I explained myself well.
