Before giving the relevant details, I must thank you for allowing me to participate in the design of your residential space and I wish you to experience the best moments.

It should be noted that the presented design certainly cannot be the final design, therefore, if our overall design is to your liking and this design is selected, all the areas of interior space + façade and the landscape of the complex will be designed as part of the work without charging a fee.

The following are briefly stated about the presented plan:
1- The courtyard of the villa consists of 5 main sections and these sections have been tried to be independent in such a way that you can implement them in order over a long period (to save costs).
The main parts of the yard are:
1- Landscaping, which, considering the modernity of the work and to coordinate with the facade lines, has been designed with straight paths without curves, so that visual coordination is easier for execution.
2- Parking and entrance for 2 cars
3- Gazebo in the middle of the green space
4- dining and entertainment section including swing, barbecue, dining table, etc.
5- Swimming pool and side areas
An effort has been made to design sections 4 and 5 more privately so that there is less visibility to the outside and more peace and security for you.

About the design of Inside the villa, we should note that:
Efforts have been made to do the least destruction and have the most spatial productivity. In the entrance area, we have a semi-open living room that is connected to the main living room.
The kitchen and dining table have their own independent spaces, as well as a private kitchen balcony, to be used as breakfast.
Under the stairs is used as a storage room.
The guest toilet is designed as practical as possible and with minimal space.
On the upper floor, the middle room is considered as the master room due to the better access to the main balcony and the larger size, and its closet space and bathroom are placed on the balcony with rail doors and a prefabricated glass system. In this section, we tried to maintain access to the roof staircase and at the same time protect this glass section from the view of others using tall plants.
The other two rooms were designed according to the design standards and needs, and we tried to provide a practical design in the bathroom.

At the end, the small balcony for two people where you can watch the sunrise and sunset is the last part of the design, which is designed with glass railings a green wall, and a table for two people.
