Proposal A: On the ground floor we occupy the side terrace to create a veranda with a kitchen, which is located in such a way that it can be integrated with the living/dining room and function as a direct support for the outdoor living area. The kitchen gives you the opportunity to use it closed with glass openings, for which an island was integrated, generating more privacy and multifunctions. A laundry room is added that will serve as a machine room and storage. What was the previous kitchen remains as a flexible room for an office, guest room or simply stored. The barbecue and solarium area is considered in relation to the kitchen and the location of the sun for the pool, while the privacy with the street can be solved with green walls around the deck, where the space for the pumps can be hidden. and water filters. The upper floor has 3 rooms with ample dimensions with storage and support equipment. The slab of the rear terrace is used to create a private bathroom and allow large spaces.
Proposal B: In this case, the articulating element that is the kitchen is displaced from the living-dining room, remaining connected, but not directly, as a positive point, it gains great amplitude and greater storage. The barbecue area is placed on the side terrace, being covered and supporting the internal dining room and the barbecue area. The rest of the plan on the ground floor is similar to proposal A. On the upper floor, the bedroom spaces are smaller, but storage and support equipment is ensured. There is also a large bathroom which will house a washing machine cabinet. It is important to interpret the structure, one of the doors that opens on the load-bearing wall is supplemented by the closure of another, while the door that opens on the left side falls just like a door on the ground floor, therefore, the loads are already distributed. Another important thing to interpret is the drains, they will be well attached to the structural wall and on the ground floor mochetas and a ceiling drop will be assembled to hide the drains and emphasize the entrance to the room.
