I offer you a proposal for the Interior design of your Villa / Apartment project (NEW MODERN VILLA) .
- Your villa, consisting of two floors, with an area of 70 meters for each floor, was designed and developed according to what is required in the definition.
- For the ground floor, we wanted to design the living room, kitchen and guest bathroom while extending the existing door by 50cm and gaining as much space as possible.
- As for the guest bathroom, since it is very spacious, it was divided into two parts to include a small bathroom for guests, in addition to a closed space with a sliding door that contains a laundry room with the necessary equipment for that. The space overlooks a small terrace that can be used to dry washed clothes.
- On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom for two men and the second for a girl, and the third master bedroom contains two beds that can be used for guests.
- The current bathroom was divided into two parts to include a master bathroom, in addition to another bathroom, which was included in the master bedroom, to have a self-contained room.
- The 750 sqm outdoor space is also designed and includes an outdoor swimming pool with wood-effect cover that can be removed without permits and a relaxation area with a barbecue near the building.
I did not see that the apartment needs many modifications in its plan, so I kept it with the modification of the furniture and interior decoration As Shown
