This is project is a blank page, to be painted from scratch
The apartment should be renovated completely. We would like to redefine all the spaces in order to achieve a modern and functional style. Below you can find our main concerns:
Open kitchen to dining room which puts the old fireplace/stove into good use (maybe as a worktop, pantry angle, etc.)
A large worktop in the kitchen, possibly an island unit or a counter to have breakfast on. There should also be left a space for a hallway
Two bathrooms, one of which should be in specific use of the main bedroom. In one of the bathrooms should fit the washing machine and the dryer. At least in one of the best rooms there should be a very large shower.
Two bedrooms, a main one and a second one. Plus a small study.
Wall-in wardrobes should be considered as a solution for wardrobe.
Taking advantage of high ceilings; A semi-mezzanine maybe in a bedroom or in the study (as a library for example)
A linear and minimal modern style even in the furniture, with a focus on functionality .
