Thank you for giving us the opportunity to take part in this project. After carefully considering your needs, requests, limitations, and the building's current situation, we have identified key factors that have shaped our design. We understand that your B&B building follows universal hotel standards, and our design prioritizes respecting and adhering to these standards. We have put a great deal of effort into ensuring that each room is designed to offer the utmost comfort and convenience. We are proposing 4 alternatives with 4 different plans for the ground floor and 2 alternatives for the 1st floor. You will be able to choose one of them or combine them based on your needs, budget, and restrictions. (If you choose our design, we are offering to redesign the floor plan for free).
The main hotel standards have been applied in the design of all plans, including:
- Providing natural light in all rooms
- Well-separated closet space, bed, and service areas
- Standard furniture arrangement
- Ensuring the entrance to the bed does not have a direct view
- Ensuring that windows do not reflect light from above the bed
- Providing enough space for moving luggage and cleaning supplies
- Using soothing colors and minimal decoration to create a larger space
- Easy accesses
- Soft lighting
- Considering a mini kitchen for each unit, as well as other necessary standards
Drawing from several years of experience in designing and marketing Airbnb units, we are offering you different strategies so that you can choose according to your needs. The ground floor is designed with 4, 5, and 6 rooms, and you can compare the options in the plan comparison sheet.
For the two alternatives, we suggest that the entrance of the complex is from the side of the outer stairs, creating a better spatial quality by separating the entrance and the outer sitting area.
In the design of the exterior space, we have strived to create the best spatial combination while maintaining the personality of the space.
For the small kitchen and dining area near the pool, we recommend a lightweight structure that complies with the construction rules. This section can feature various design options, examples of which have already been created for your reference.

Attingendo a diversi anni di esperienza nella progettazione e commercializzazione di unità Airbnb, ti offriamo diverse strategie in modo che tu possa scegliere in base alle tue esigenze. Il piano terra è progettato con 4, 5 e 6 stanze e puoi confrontare le opzioni nel foglio di confronto dei piani.
Per le due alternative, suggeriamo che l'ingresso del complesso sia dal lato delle scale esterne, creando una migliore qualità spaziale separando l'ingresso e l'area salotto esterna. Nella progettazione dello spazio esterno, ci siamo impegnati a creare la migliore combinazione spaziale mantenendo la personalità dello spazio. Per la mini cucina e la zona pranzo, suggeriamo una struttura leggera che non sia contro le regole di costruzione, accanto alla piscina. Questa struttura e l'intera sezione possono avere diverse tipologie per le quali sono stati progettati esempi che puoi vedere.
