We allowed ourselves to give a name to your project as the “TERRAZZO HOUSE BnB”. The name comes from the material we chose to design the Facades of the BnB which is Terrazzo. Whether the Facade is of Terrazzo Panels or poured in-situ, this material provides a nice combination of white plaster and Gravel / Stone. A simple yet elegant, the material allows for a mixed Harmony / Contrast sensation within the surrounding buildings and environment.

We are providing 2 design proposals, [Proposal A] allows for 4 rooms on the Ground Floor and a larger Suite Double Room on the Upper Floor that encompass a built-in Jacuzzi and a small kitchenette that can be changed and substituted with racks and closet if desired. [Proposal B] alternate the Ground Floor by having 3 large rooms instead of 4. These rooms are comfortable enough and even exceeds in area the Suite Double Room above.

Our Design Concept emphasize on that all BnB rooms, whether the 5 rooms proposal or the 4 rooms, each are designed to overlook the Horizon Swimming Pool and the Sea behind.

Each of the rooms consists of a Private Bathroom and a Living Space that is divided into 2, an area for comfortability and an area for
Entrance / Closet. These areas are nor separated by walls but rather smartly placed furniture and partitions to allow
for maximum view.
