We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We tried to do the design in such a way that the swimming pool and outdoor living area have a good view of the sea.
By planting a plant (banana tree), we protected the pool from the entrance of the garden.
With plants around the house, we tried to protect rooms 3 and 4 from the entrance to the garden.
On the ground floor, we planned 4 bedrooms, a common living room and a reception counter.
We provided a door from the winter gazebo to the ground floor corridor so that you can easily access the gazebo during winter and rain.
We also considered a roof for the entrance of the house.
We placed the solarium in a place away from the shadow of the building.
On the first floor, we planned a VIP bedroom with a sea view.
On the terrace of the first floor, we also planned a jacuzzi tub.
