I've crafted a distinctive loft designed to maximize daylight exposure while ensuring utmost privacy. Integrated within the staircase and the mezzanine floor is a bookshelf, optimizing space and offering three reading nooks: beneath the stairs, on the mezzanine, and on a hidden rooftop balcony.

The bedroom layout is open, but can be easily concealed to provide privacy when needed. The bathroom features a specially designed bathtub and toilet amenities for optimal comfort.

The ground floor embraces an open-plan concept, exuding a warm and welcoming ambiance. Outside, the space is thoughtfully designed with a seating area, dining spot, BBQ station, and a unique landscaped seating zone complete with a firepit.
