Description

Hello, my name is Gesiana, I am an Albanian Architect.
I joined this platform yesterday and this is my first submission here,it was a very interesting project to work on and I hope you like it!

I have uploaded the ground floor plan and the first floor plan (2 of each are floor plans with furniture and the other two with dimensions of the new walls and doors and windows, as well as the outdoor.
I am not sure of the dimensions of the outdoor space because the existing building plan does not display any dimensions so far.
However my concept was to create a spacious living area overlooking the garden, with natural light coming through the windows.
The entrance of the loft area is accessed from the street as required, and the staircase is positioned on the left side as you enter, this way the stairs can be wall mounted and have glass railing on the other side, by creating a modern and minimal style.
The living area is the first view we see as we enter the loft space, there is a large bookcase with a possible fireplace with a TV mounted on it for cold winter days.
The living area is spacious, with 2 sofas, one 3 seat sofa, and another 2 seat sofa, but we could add any comfortable armchair close to the fireplace too. The space under the stairs can be used to place the dining table, i have placed a round table with 4 chair but there is room for more.
The kitchen design is linear but it has all the appliances, a built in fridge, a microwave, and oven, a dishwasher machine, a cooktop , a sink and any possible built-in kitchen mechanism.
The access to the walk in wardrobe is through a hidden door, we call it filomuro doors, and i am aware that in Italy they use them too.
The walk in wardrobe has two large closets and a credenza with a mirror and a chair, it can be replace with a pouf and a large mirror as well.
The bedroom upstairs has one king size bed and one bedside table. I have placed a small credenza and Tv to the wall in front of the bed.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, a wc, a bidet and the bathroom sink.
The garden is designed to be connected to the other garden of the existing building. I have placed marble or concrete tiles that make a walking path from one side to the other, and along the walking path there is a green path with olive trees, and other mediterranean trees and flowers. Also the barbecue is placed next to the wall, and there is some seating area with an outdoor sofa and table, and also a dining table outdoors.
The seating area outdoors is paved in waterproof wood tiles and there is also a decorative path of white pebbles surrounding it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Gesiana
