Hello dear Client! We want to thank you for the opportunity to redecorate this beautiful home. As you requested, we tried to accomplish everyone of your demands in the best way possible. This is a short briefing of our project. Overall the furnitures and decorations are mostly ordered online at Ikea store. They all go in harmony with the white and beige scheme. In living room we renovated mostly everything except the walls, windows, radiator and the bookshelf. In the dinning room we added a table for 8 persons and a wine cellar. In kitchen we added a versatile style of decoration. We also created a storage room as much as we could. About the isolation from the ground floor we thought it would be a good solution to close the stairway cage and create a door in the stair vestibule. This created a little more space in your hallway. Also the cost of your total renovation will be something around 15-20k euro, depending on your approach in the luxury things like little decoration and paintings.
